Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised without penalties and without giving any reason pursuant to articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code").
The Buyer is obliged to keep the product in good condition and return it unworn and undamaged. The Seller will promptly refund the amount paid.
Returns of goods
All returns must be authorized by Desisinno srl before being shipped.
To obtain authorization for the return, it is necessary to contact the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Order. Items that are flawed, damaged or with manufacturing defects must be reported promptly within 10 days of receipt of the item.
Each item must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original labels and case. The returned damaged goods may be rejected or returned to the customer at the discretion of Desisinno srl.
Desisinno srl is not responsible for delays or loss of packages sent by the customer.
The refund will be made in the same payment method used at the time of the order within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. The original shipping costs and any ancillary costs (i.e. customs) are not refundable.
International returns
All international returns must bear the words "Return of Italian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. Without this wording, the return may not arrive at its destination or incur additional costs.
Sale
No refunds are accepted during the sales period.
Return of purchase
Describe the reason for the return in an e-mail to info@christmasplanet.it
Place the item in the original case.
Close the box with tape securely.
Label the container: desisinno srl, Via Stefano Assemani, 50, 00125 Rome.
